light wear to the book, bound in green and gilt leather, five raised bands, spine sunned to light brown. The first series of reports from the Islands in the Sun Club. The club was founded by Wesley & Dorothy Edson who published and edited the first reports. Upon reaching 10,000 subscribers, apparently in 1961, the club was sold to new owners. A scarce collection of a quirky travel magazine dedicated to island living. The reports are Nevis & St. Kitts (number 1); Antiqua & Barbuda; Tahiti & Moorea; Cozumel, Mexico; St. Maarten with notes on Saba and St. Eustatius; British Honduras; Eluthera; Grand Cayman; The Abacos; Ibiza; Martinque. Most items ship with free delivery confirmation, electronic tracking and jacket protectors (generally over $10.00) if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
