From the publisher's description: The International Collectors Library was a book club series published by Doubleday Book & Music Clubs, Inc. from the late 1940’s through the late 1980’s. They were produced in Garden City, New Jersey. They were intended to be inexpensive reprints of great literature similar Everyman’s Library (Dent/Dutton), Modern Library (Random House), Penguin Classics (Penguin Publishing), and Oxford World’s Classics (Oxford University Press). Books and other items ship promptly with a tracking number and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
