The two volume in one edition of 1906. Originally published as two separate volumes in 1905. Spine barely legible, wear to tips, corners and edges of the book, some white staining to the covers, lower outside corners of the front endpapers torn-missing, short closed tear to lower edge of the title. Binding is sound. Blind stamped cloth, marbled page edges. Imprimatur of Rev. John M. Farley, Archbishop of New York.
